Happy May!

We are very excited for our May Meeting, which will be held off-site. Our topics this month are Lighting and Posing! Lots of folks have requested a brush up on outdoor lighting, indoor studio lighting, as well as overall posing techniques.

Start the night off at Fandees for dinner. Please leave Fandees by 6:15pm to make the drive out to Harvey Henningsen's beautiful studio in the Sebastopol hills. We are encouraging CAR POOLING! :)

Please try to arrive to Harvey's Studio at 6:30pm. We have lots of fun for you and we will be racing the sunset for daylight to complete our outdoor portion of the evening.

Bay Photo Lab Tour & Print Comp

Join us for a day trip to our local professional lab, Bay Photo Lab. We are lucky to be able to visit Bay Photo Lab's newest production lab and take a private tour! Even if this is not your print lab, you'll still have a chance to see how metal prints are made, how color correction works, and perhaps meet the awesome experts who make our prints shine! ... and more!  We'll finish up at Bay Photo Lab with a quick Print Comp in their conference room.  We'll then head into Santa Cruz for a yummy (no-host) dinner along the coast - not only do we always have fun with dinner, we'll miss the traffic on the road home.

First Carpool Leaves at 11:00am

Tour at Bay Photo Lab at 2:00

Print Comp at 3:45

No-Host Dinner at 5:30

Return around 10:00pm
